OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
50" Flat Screen HD TV Give-away

HOW TO ENTER:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASING DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The contest (the "Contest") begins on April 1, 2011 and ends on October 31, 2011 (the "Contest Closing Date"). All contest entries must be entered and received online. Directions to online official entry forms will be provided via online postings on Appleton Papers Inc. (the "Company") or In Plant Graphics, Quick Printing or Printing Impressions websites between April and October 2011, and anticipated to appear in print ads in the In Plant Graphics, Quick Printing and Printing Impressions publications between April and October 2011 or via direct mailing or email or online banner ads. Over the course of the contest period, up to five different online carbonless industry-specific newsletters will be posted online, each of which will have a link to the online entry form. Entrants must complete all data requested on the online Contest entry form and must fill out an online survey to be eligible for the Contest. Entrants must have internet access to participate, provide a valid email address at the time of survey and contest entry, and timely respond to an authentication email sent to the email address they provide. The entrant must be the authorized email account holder. No facsimiles, reproductions, or xerographic copies of the Contest Entry Form will be accepted. To enter, complete the Contest Entry Form online. Each of the up-to-five different online industry-specific newsletter postings will have a link to the contest entry forms. For each newsletter posted online, there will be a limit of one entry per each authorized person representing the printing establishment. For each newsletter posted online, more than one entry from each respective printing establishment will be allowed, provided each entry in excess of one per newsletter, is by a different authorized person representing the printing establishment. As there will be up to five online industry-specific newsletters posted, there will be a maximum total of up to five (5) entries possible during the contest period by each authorized representative representing the printing establishment. Entries in excess of the stated limit of one entry per newsletter per authorized representative, with maximum total of up to five per each authorized representative during contest period from same printing establishment will be disqualified. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to post fewer than five newsletters with a resulting reduction in the number of maximum entries possible. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entry forms are void. To be eligible, the Company must receive all entries no later than 3 p.m. CT October 31, 2011 (Central Time) on the Contest Closing Date. No late entries will be accepted. Entry using automated submissions, such as bots or spider programs, is prohibited, and any entry made using automated devices will cause disqualification. Company assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider, Internet, web site, or other accessibility or availability issues, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Alternate Method (No purchase) of Entry: To receive directions to online official entry materials, without purchase or obligation, send a 3" x 5" postcard to 50" Flat Screen HD TV Contest – Request for Entry Materials, c/o Appleton Papers Inc., Attn: Marketing, 825 East Wisconsin Avenue, P.O. Box 359, Appleton, WI 54912-0359, with the following clearly written information, name of printer and address, your name (first and last) and position with printer, date of birth, a telephone number, and email address where you can be reached. Upon receipt of the entry materials and prior to the Contest Closing Date, entrants must follow the directions to the online official entry materials and complete online all data requested on the online Contest entry form and must fill out an online survey to be eligible for the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
2. The Contest is open only to carbonless sheet printers, by their principals, officers and authorized representatives, who are legal residents of the fifty United States or Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date the Contest begins. Officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Company, In Plant Graphics, Quick Printing, Printing Impressions, their vendors, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies of the Company, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. A carbonless sheet printer for purposes of this paragraph is any printing establishment, which processed carbonless sheets during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date the contest begins.

DRAW:
3. One potential prizewinner will be selected by a random draw on or about November 15, 2011 at 12 p.m. CT in Appleton, Wisconsin from all eligible entries received by 3 p.m. CT on the Contest Closing Date. By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and to comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations, as applicable. The selected entrant will be notified via e-mail or telephone on or before December 1, 2011 and must contact the Company to claim his or her prize by no later than 5 p.m. CT on December 15, 2011. In the case where the winner is a resident of Canada, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason a prize cannot be awarded (including if the selected entrant cannot answer the skill-testing question), another contest entry will be randomly selected until a prize has been awarded.

PRIZE:
4. The winner will receive the following: 50" Flat screen Flat screen HD TV, having a total approximate value before applicable taxes of U.S. $1000.00 (One thousand US dollars) as reflected by for-sale offerings of local merchants or dealers. No prize may be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. At the Company's discretion, the Company may choose to award the prize in the form of a gift card redeemable for the above-stated value of the prize at a local merchant or dealer. Winner is responsible for sales tax and for shipment and transportation from the local merchant or dealer. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. The prizewinner must take delivery of the prize as instructed by the Company. In order to claim the Prize, the winner must comply with all of the following: 1) respond to the notification following the drawing; 2) complete and return all the requested documentation within 14 days from the date of the prize notification; 3) provide evidence of identity and residency; and 4) execute and return any and all forms necessary to claim the Prize, which includes but is not limited to a W-9 Form, and a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes a liability release that releases Company and its promotional agencies from all liability in connection with the Contest, prize, as well as a publicity release (where permitted by law).

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE:
5. By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the Company's collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information for the purposes of consumer research and marketing and administering this and future contests. By entering the Contest, the winner grants the Company the irrevocable right to use and publish his or her legal name, likeness, and state or province of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest and in connection with advertising and promotional purposes including but not limited to posting this information on the Company Web site. If the entrant and/or the winner do not wish his or her information to be used for these purposes, please see the Company's privacy policy at www.appletonideas.com for more information. The winner also agrees, by entering the Contest, to assist the Company in obtaining authorization from his or her employer to utilize the employer's information in Contest publication.

GENERAL:
6. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, local laws and regulations of the United States and Canada, and is void where restricted or prohibited by law. The Contest is void in the province of Quebec. Void in Puerto Rico. Entrants who submit more than the number of entries allowed will be automatically disqualified. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing, or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in these Official Contest Rules, there will be a random draw among all eligible prize claimants to award the prize. All costs associated with prize acceptance, including but not limited to, all government, federal, state, provincial and local taxes, sales taxes, income taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. The winner is responsible for any applicable fees, transfer taxes, and any other government agency fees or taxes. The winner is also responsible for any shipping and insurance costs associated with the delivery of the prize, unless otherwise arranged for by the Company. The return of any prize and/or prize notification as undeliverable or failure of any entrant to comply with any Official Contest Rules will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be required to complete and return, within a specified period, any applicable tax forms, an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release waiver for no compensation or consideration. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest without notice.

7. The Company is not responsible for any circumstances, which impede or prevent an individual from entering the Contest. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, illegible or mutilated entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to an entrant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Contest. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the contest in the event of unforeseen technical malfunction such as of programs, software, telephone networks or lines, servers, on-line systems or Internet providers. The Company is not responsible for any failure of any postal authority to deliver any entry on time or to the correct address. The Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the winner or any other person arising from their participation in the Contest or the awarding, use or misuse of any prize awarded pursuant thereto. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND RELATED COMPANIES, ITS ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ATTORNEYS, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND/OR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY RELEVANT INTERNET SITE INCLUDING HTTP://WWW.APPLETONIDEAS.COM, or HTTP://TEAMAPPLETON.COM, OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL FROM ANY SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL INFORMATION, WHETHER ELECTRONIC OR WRITTEN, IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 8. By entering the Contest, each entrants agrees to release and hold harmless the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage; and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; which may be suffered directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize awarded, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, participation in any Contest-related activity, or participation in the Contest. By entering the Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Appleton Wisconsin, U.S.A., which court shall apply the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard for rules or conflicts of law. Under no circumstances shall an entrant be entitled to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including legal fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any) associated with participation in the Contest, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
